Chairman PTI filed an application in a special court under the Official Secrets Act
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan filed a request to have telephone conversations with his sons every week. According to the details, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, imprisoned in Adiala Jail, expressed his desire to have a telephone conversation with his sons every week.
It is being told that while implementing the court order, the Adiala Jail administration had talked to Imran Khan's sons over the phone. The meeting which lasted till 4:55, in this regard, the special court ordered former Prime Minister Imran Khan to talk to his sons over the phone.
A hearing was held in the Official Secret Act court in Islamabad on the request to have a telephone conversation with the sons of Chairman PTI. That 'So far, the SOPs regarding telephone conversations have not come from the Adiala Jail Superintendent, we will wait and see if the SOPs regarding telephone conversations come in the jail', to which the lawyer Safai Shirazhamdranjha said that even today the SO Piz did not come, if you say so, I will support the court.
Later, after receiving the prison SOPs, the Official Secret Act special court, while dealing with the request, ordered to talk to Imran Khan's sons over the phone. Go, let the Jail Superintendent speak to the Chairman PTI's sons in his presence. Apart from this, it has been reported that the court also heard about providing a bicycle to Chairman PTI for exercise in jail and ordering food from home, where lawyer Shiraz Ahmad Ranjha said that 'Imran Khan is provided a bicycle for exercise in jail. If the court allows, I will provide the bicycle today.
On this occasion, Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zulqarnain said, "I have already told the prison authorities about the bicycle. I want the bicycle not to be misused, so that the bicycle is not driven by the prison superintendent. Also, look at the prison manual." It happens, security of the under-trial accused is important for us, chairman PTI says food should be ordered from home but who will take the responsibility? If the food is prepared in the jail, then the jail authorities are responsible, I order on the issue of bicycle, the issue is resolved.
