President Shahbaz Sharif and other legacy leaders were present in the courtroom, Prosecutor General NAB Ahsanam Qadir Shah, Nawaz Sharif's lawyer Nazir Tarad, Amjad Pervez gave arguments.






The Prosecutor General came to the NAB rostrum and told that there is scope for withdrawing the reference only if the decision has not been pronounced. have discussed, we have studied the facts and law of both the appeals, first I would like to tell about the Avonfield case, I would like to place before the Court a summary of the facts of the Avonfield case.

The NAB prosecutor said that these references were filed on the order of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court not only asked NAB to file the references but also formed the JIT, the JIT formed both the references, the appeals of which are pending before this court. There are hearings, if there is any evidence in the investigation in favor of the accused, it is the responsibility of the prosecutor to bring it on record. I am bound, the prosecutors have to look at the interest of the state and also look at the delivery of justice, in the first stage we will not object to reviving the appeals, if the appeals are reviving, then take a stand in the court after reviewing the evidence. will

At the end of the hearing, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamir Farooq remarked that 'we will see what to decide in this matter', along with this, the court had reserved its decision on the case which has now been heard.
