The lawyers filed a request to restore the right of cross-examination in the court, after hearing the arguments, the court rejected the request to restore the right of cross-examination.

Yesterday, during the hearing, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, speaking to Judge Muhammad Bashir of the Accountability Court, said, "You have terminated our right to defend ourselves, I wanted to cross-examine the witnesses myself, I request that our right to cross-examine be restored." On this, Judge Muhammad Bashir said that you should not worry. Imran Khan told the court that 'We have got the actual price of Tosha Khana gifts, we had to cross-examine for it, I had to expose the false witnesses, you did everything in a hurry, the accusation against me. False witnesses were presented against me, I am repeatedly saying my wife has nothing to do with this case.
