The Muslim League devised a practical strategy to save Nawaz Sharif from arrest.

The possibility of filing requests in the Al-Azizia and Avenfield references within the next 48 hours has been considered. Initial drafts of requests have been prepared in both references.


Pakistan Muslim League made a strategy to save party leader Nawaz Sharif from arrest. According to media reports, regarding the return of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the legal team of his party PML-N has prepared a strategy which aims to prevent the arrest of the former Prime Minister upon his return home. An application will be filed in the Islamabad High Court by Nawaz Sharif in field reference.




Sources about this strategy say that applications are likely to be filed by Nawaz Sharif's lawyers in the next 48 hours. In both references, preliminary drafts of Nawaz Sharif's applications have been prepared, by tonight or tomorrow morning. Draft applications will be finalized after consideration of various legal points.

It is being told that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been convicted in Avenfield and Al-Azizia reference, the accountability court sentenced Nawaz Sharif to 10 years in prison and 80 million pounds, in the Al-Azizia reference, the accountability court sentenced the leader of the Muslim League-N to 7 years in prison. The former prime minister was also disqualified from public office for 10 years.
