Lahore: The inside story regarding the departure of former Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz to London has come out.
In this regard, sources said that PML-N chief organizer Maryam Nawaz had an important meeting with PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif before leaving for London.
According to PML-N party sources, Shahbaz Sharif will give a briefing on the elections and other issues including Nawaz Sharif's cases in the big meeting of the League leadership.
Sources say that in case of not getting relief from the court on the return of Nawaz Sharif, other options will be considered, while how should Nawaz Sharif be welcomed on his return? It could not be decided.
Party sources said that Shahbaz Sharif has suggested that the legal complications should be cleared first and then the reception or meeting program should be finalized.
Shehbaz Sharif has expressed fear that convoys will arrive all over Pakistan to welcome, workers should not be disappointed in case of arrest.
According to the sources, the party affairs, preparations for upcoming elections, alliance with other parties at the local level and seat adjustment will be discussed in the meeting.
Sources further said that Shahbaz Sharif will convince Nawaz Sharif to take a soft stand on important issues, however there is a possibility of change in the reception program of PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif on his return home.
It should be noted that Pakistan Muslim League-N President Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz have left for London.
