Pakistan and India are likely to clash during the 2024 T20 World Cup in New York.
The most important match of World Cup 2024, jointly hosted by West Indies and USA, will be played in the brand new stadium in New York.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) is gearing up to unveil one of the much-awaited venues for the tournament.
It appears that a 34,000-seat portable stadium will be built about 30 miles east of New York City.
The location will be built in East Meadow, a small community on Long Island. It is about 30 miles east of Manhattan.
According to Cricbuzz reports, talks between the ICC and New York City officials have reportedly reached a critical stage.
The ICC has long grappled with the issue of cricket infrastructure in the United States, with Major League Cricket (MLC) even unveiling a 15,000-seat flagship stadium in Dallas for its inaugural season.
The ICC had initially earmarked around 20 games to be held in the US, and now it looks like those matches will be split between the three aforementioned facilities.
