Announcement of the start of new train service in the United Arab Emirates

Residents of the UAE will be able to travel by train between the capital city and Al-Zahna in future 

Abu Dhabi: It was announced to start a new train service in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. According to Khaleej Times, a train service will be started between Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, and Al Dhafra, in this regard, an agreement between Etihad Rail, the developer and operator of the Emirates National Rail Network, and Adnoc, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. The agreement has been signed.

About 29,000 people live in Al-Zahna, about 250 kilometers west of Abu Dhabi. The rural desert town's development journey began in the 1970s when the site was developed to house ADNOC's industrial staff. Selected, this latest partnership will see ADNOC employees travel by train between the capital city and Al-Zahna in future.
